CAMERA FAUNA

 

Tonight I saw a cat and fox

At different times on different clocks…

The fauna we see

Runs around free,

Searching for prey to box.

-

With geese safely in the pond,

There’s not much for the fox to respond…

But perhaps a mouse

Will run out of house,

Giving the fox one to chomp on!

-

The cats and coyotes don’t mix,

When a cat is coyote “weetabix”…

Operation by smell

Keeps the cat looking well,

And coyotes trying to think up new tricks.
