DUSK BUNNY
Little bunny on a mulch bed
In dusky darkness bravely hops…
Slowly by with every sniff,
Looking for nice bunny crops.

Bunny ambles around a bush
Looking out for fear of threat…
Finding none he wanders on,
Seeing what else his nose may vett.

Softly hops the bunny brazen
Closer to the writer still…
Finds a flower bed to nibble,
Far away from winter’s chill.
