Instead of what actually may be…
Our minds are blinded
And contrary-minded,
A touch of God’s Spirit we need!
As the Holy Spirit starts to teach
Us concepts that we have to reach,
The Spirit, we find,
Opens up the mind
To see what the Word wants to teach.
