The chain grows stronger
A birth will add another link
at death one breaks away.
This family cycle still goes on,
grows stronger by the day.
We all are individuals.
Yet… share the common goals.
One for all and all together
within our hearts and souls.
The children of our families
how everyone has grown,
Now share the love they’ve been given
with children of their own.
We miss our loved ones gone ahead
forever they will be
In Gods house with the angels,
His home we pray to see.
Our missing links in heaven
have made their golden chain.
They will greet us as we enter,
And the chain will grow again.
