A male party crasher with camera…
That the heroine chases
From “just female” places,
While he captures her dancing ephemora.
NAGINA, with Rishi Kapoor, ***
A mythical “snake lady” tour…
Sridevi, the lead
Was a lady indeed,
A dance and song flick for the mature.
Amrish Puri, head snake charmer,
Has evil intent to harm her…
The climactic scene
With his henchmen mean,
She nearly does buy out the farmer.
The India film’s boy versus girl
Celebrates what goes ’round the world
With song and dance
Giving love a chance,
Keeping private when lovers’ toes curled!

NOTES *South India superstar, Rajnikanth, played the father and his two sons in the 1984 movie, JOHN, JANI. JANARDHAN…a remake of the 1982 movie, MOONDRU MUGAN.
**This movie title escapes me. It is somewhere on YOUTUBE, at least that particular musical number.
***NAGINA is also mostly available in portions on YOUTUBE, where I saw it.
