He’s reading more of the masters

Of English poetry,

Discovering long-lost stories

With creativity.


Finding tales that really gripped

The reader into a plotline…

His interest never slipped.

To which the happy beholder

Quickly forms a bond

And gladly gives up their idle thoughts

Touching the glimmer beyond.

‘Twas exciting following verse and line

That made one want to read more,

He’ll have to procure a copy of his own

To clear the rest of the board.
