FRIENDS…VERSUS FRIENDS.

FRIENDS…VERSUS FRIENDS

by Jonathan Caswell

I have electronic friends,

Some of who have limited ends

With others I’ll be

Very open and free,

When we go deep we’ll not get the bends.

While others, like in real life,

I’d never subject to strife…

THEY are for smiles

And to walk a few miles,

Not deep and long, for life.

But that’s okay, really it is,

For just like life, gee whiz…

Not all that we meet

Face-to-face can we greet

Expounding on personal biz.

In short I know well a very few,

Perhaps a half-a-dozen will do…

The rest I’m afraid

Can be quickly unmade,

Should I find someone better to view.
