WE HAVE A FAVORITE!

 

My wife likes my pancakes made with creamed corn,

With syrup she cannot resist….

As long as I don’t make them every morn

But let her consult and assist.

Some instant potato I add to the mix

Fortifies things just right….

A couple of these and the tummy is full,

And a syrupy smile stays bright!

Some folks cook witjh MOXIE, or so I’ve heard,

For a spice cake I’ve used ginger beer…

I don’t think she’d appreciate MOXIE pancakes,

I’d lose her confidence, I fear.
