SENSITIVE SOUL

SENSITIVE SOUL

He talks to toads

And birdies wee

As though it were

Done naturally…

He cries for those

Unfortunate few

That lost their lives

When hard winds blew.

What can we say

To this softened soul

Of natural ways

As ages roll?

He weeps and then

Puts aside

All his anger,

All his pride…

Endeavoring to put things right

As best he can that very night.
