Patrolling bands of soldiers
Rank and file, proud shoulders…
Parade along
To martial song,
Leaving squishy green stuff that molders.

Esch morning Cleaners exhume
Parade remnants with mop and broom…
So folks who stop by
Won’t let out a cry,
