CITALOPRAM–A PARODY
Citalopram, i love thee,
You manage my rant:
I wake up in mornings
And smile when I can’t…
You help me to quiet down the raging inner fire
To live with people peaceably–you help with that desire!
–
The other medicine
May make happy for a while:
It ‘s there to soften
Emotional profile…
But this citalopram, my anger controls,
Quieting past grudge memories and settles down the soul,
I need thee, oh, Citalopram for my smouldering coals!
