At the closing of each day
There’s great beauty in each night
High up in the sky
The moon and stars shine and twinkle bright
Restless winds blowing the leaves all around
As they make artistic shadows
All across the ground
With God’s creation – nothing can compare
His beauty shown at night – so very beautiful and rare
He sends the darkness from above
And watches over us with much love
Please let God’s love fill you with delight
As you enjoy His beauty every night
Feeling His deep abiding peace inside
Where His love will forever abide
