my myth in my hand
throbbing veins sting
from pain of ink surging
with urge for release
upon pages where songs
of the ages are penned
to raise praise of great
demigod deeds but the
seeds of my story bear

bearded titan inhabits
my skin so the ink that’s
within me must keep
itself continent steeping
my saga till valor or
virtue discovers me
earning the right to be
written and burn in the
bright admiration of
epitaphs worthy of
chisel and stone
