Autumn~by Joanna Scott

Autumn

Magnificent colours
Yellow rust and plum
A fire work explosion
That’s just begun

Watch the leaves
Fall from the sky
The autumn is here
The leaves start to die

A carpet of colours
Across the ground
As the leaves fall
Without a sound

There’s nothing left
The trees are bare
No more colours
For us to share
