The White Rose

The purest love lies on its petals,
Held by leaf and stem.
Crafted by two truly in love,
It will always stay with them.

The symbol of a new beginning,
A celebration of forever.
The pure white rose of love,
Signifies their life’s endeavor.

Whiter than whitest white,
As pure as God’s love,
Given with heart and soul,
With angels breath above.

Dried and placed in binder,
To be brought in celebration,
A reminder of their pure love,
And the beginning their elation.
