Autumn Clouding~by Yousuf Bin Mohammad

Autumn Clouding

This garden washed in sepia solitude
Of street lights, lamp-posts; in its leafless trees
Retreating autumn silence stays at ease
Adorned with hums of crawling multitudes

The bursting laughter of the shore at men
Who plough the sky and sow it with their ships
To fathom stillness of those silent heaps
Which end up all becoming sea in end

This solemn silence stays but still you speak
In cryptic codes, confused in mysteries deep
This endless laughter on this senseless seek
But still you please in search awake, asleep
Be silent and to when i say you speak you speak
Till then oh heart some stately silence keep.
