SEARCHING

The moments of my life
Are being shared between
Living and searching.
Searching good for better living
I search my files for the relevant papers
I search my room for something needed
Not found anywhere
I search my shelf for my dearest read
I search my almirah to get the matching blouse
I search the drawers and books
Of my children whether there kept something
To spoil their life
I search for sunlight when the sky darkens
To dry my salted mangoes ,I search
The internet to get an apt word for my poem
I search my heart to satisfy myself
Whether there is a granule of love
Left for the world.
