Magic~by Lilian Dipasupil Kunimasa

Can you feel the gentle touch of magic in the air?
As it floats along with the coldness of the wind,
The rising of goosebumps all over you smooth skin.

Can you see the motions of magic in the trees?
Swinging their branches and shaking their leaves of green,
Swaying, twirling a ballet I have never seen

Can you hear the sounds of magic in the sparrows?
The chorus of chirpings as they fly to and fro
Their own symphony of alto and soprano

Can you smell the scents of magic by the window?
The aroma of brewed coffee from the kitchen
The freshly baked bread seeping out of the oven

Can you taste the flavors of magic in a kiss?
The sweetness and other spices as the lips touch.
As currents move up and down towards every tip.

Can you sense the presence of magic in your life?
There is magic in all the simple little things
Does magic still exist, or have we lost it somehow?
