Memory Remains~by Jessabelle Autumn

Memory Remains

I’m still here
Praising our love story
Though it’s now just history
Playing our sweet melody
A song about you and me
We used to love passionately
And desire used to fly freely
This place was filled with serenity
Now it’s roaming with misery
Shattered promises stab me painfully
Burdened me with this endless agony
Deep inside I scream silently
Grieving over the old memory
Because our sacred vow I refuse to bury
And so I shut myself off entirely
Fading away from reality
Finding my peace in the land of fantasy
Because in here there’s no remedy
And I’m bound to be a dreamer for eternity
