Who are these shadows moving in fields
Wearing wings of desire in piteous songs!
Aspiring in their half-shown fields of dreams
Broken sickles tremble for a harvest in time
Cry that the grains are never ripened.

We are trained each day, a performing man
Talk like this, live like this, dream like this
Farmers do likewise but the flood and drought
Strike the bone-marrow like a knife
What does the wind whispers to tide’s change?

Can we sing easily life as blind man’s dream?
The borrowed words in the dream of your life
Arranged like broken glass in the glue
Alien to each other in lines deceives eyes
Forgotten like a kiss never from your heart.

Let our dreams be made up of seeds of flowers
Blooming in its own fragrance of thoughts,
Watch the moon ascending to the sky
Toiling hard through clouds and competing stars
Our dreams are not scents in the paper rose.
