Miracles~by Norman Wilson

Miracles

I looked into the skies
Where miracles entwine in stars
That bounces off the moon to the earth
To a mother giving child birth

I see a man pacing on the floor
Walking anxiously back and forth
Waiting for his child to be born
Striding tautly in the hospital ward

Tears of joy stream down his eyes
As he hears, his babies first cry
As the sounds bounce of the walls
As he sighs in relief down the hall

From the stars to the moon to the earth
The miracle has come with new birth
For I am the man in the hall
That thanks God for the greatest miracle of all
