The Unsatisfied Wife~by Neil Perry

The Unsatisfied Wife

He is alive, but physically he’s dead,
Dead to the world, and everything she is,
He often never hears a word she’s said,
She never dreamed that love would be like this;
A paper, rattling on about the news –
And boring politics, that make her sick,
The esculation of opposing views
Is all she ever gets, and that’s too much
For her to have to put up with, she dreams
Of far of places, men that turn her on,
A burning candle, and a bath that steams,
Than living in a prison with no one
To understand her needs, which go like this,
She needs a man of passion, and a kiss.
