Strains of Silent Adieu~by Lilian Dipasupil Kunimasa

Strains of Silent Adieu

You judged me by standard low
You considered me with mind shallow
You ignored my pains and bellow
Surprised I left, though done slow?

My words have always been true
Don’t tell me you have not a clue
I have waited beyond time of due
Hoping for your changing of hue

Listen while sister is screaming in pain
When her heart, she laid out plain
For when trust and love finally drain
Listen to the strum of silence strain
