Another day waits my day
as the night takes me away
to be the moon with its stars
in it to play
to take my longings away
in my destiny to play within in me
in it to be its prey
preying me
to never go away
as I wait for it to be the destiny
it was promised to me
now I wait for it to go
to take me in it no more
as I wait for it to pry to open my life in it to shy
for you were the life promised to me
now you take me away from me
to long distant horizons to be the space within me
as I lie in my vacuum drowning my rage within me
come and pick me up don’t enrage in me
hold me close to you dispel me within me
for I am the incense in me to glow
burning me flaming me
burn within me to glow
