Solitude
Has the hustle and bustle ever changed your attitude?
And you wish there was a place where you can find some solitude.
Be careful what you wish for, sometimes they do come true.
Would you really want, to be in solitude?
I can think of two examples of this state where you can find.
First would be someone who was born both deaf and blind.
I cannot imagine how they would spend their time.
In the solitude of darkness that just fills up their mind.
What is there to think about if you never saw your world?
Just trying to imagine this makes my heart unfurl.
And even worse if they are deaf to never hear a sound.
These two great gifts we take for granted and they never will be found.
So be careful what you wish for sometimes they do come true.
Would you really want to be in solitude?
The second place I think of can be found in jail.
Where one is placed behind the bars and there is no chance of bail.
Most likely they belong there and still have an attitude.
While inside they cannot behave and are sent to solitude.
For those I have no comment only pity for their souls.
It was their choice that put them there, this everybody knows.
Society is made of laws to protect the young and old.
It’s your choice in life which road you choose to go.
So be careful what you wish for, sometimes they do come true.
Would you really want, to be in solitude?
Next time that you’re feeling stressed keep this word in mind.
Instead of finding solitude, just find some quiet time!
