Winter winds~by Hana Shishiny

Winter winds

Here I am my winter years
Opening heart and soul to intimely doom
Foliage flying in winds of a stormy fear
Leaving scars, memories and endless gloom

Silent I crossed my seasons with no scream
I bloomed in spring, like any other tree
Owning the world, fantasy and dreams
Flying on wings of love, unpossesed and free

Summer took me in, promised eternity
Giving, sharing, glowing a blazing light
Sun of longing, breath of volupty
The world was mine, golden bright

Now you are here, but winter too
Lights of love sparkling in eyes and heart
To winds of winter. I am bare too
For coming spring. can I hope a restart
