TEAR TORE TORN~by Balachandran Nair

Oh my dear companion, tear
You always make me wonder
When ancestors in heaven cry
You, tear, pour down as rain
When torched mountains cry
Tear flow as rivers of melt ice
When hot heart-broke earth cry
Tear erupt as volcano
When polluted ocean cry
Tear drown shore as Tsunami
When a beaten circus clown cry
Tear you make us audience laugh
When parents left in orphanage cry
Tear still pour down as blessing only
When a freedom fighter cry
Tear make all other citizens cry
When any hungry children cry
Tear ensure the mother too cry
But, when SHE forever left me,
Shut door of her beautiful heart
Tear rampant boil inside, steam, thrust,
Still reluctant to come out, burst,
Spare me of the hurt you inflict,
Perhaps she is better, kind hearted
Compared to you, my dear tear!
