Phantom~by Dipendra Kumar

Phantom
————
Because your kisses of love was left for her,
your past became a Phantom
that she is hugging
which is now her only heart-beat to live.
.
They had showed her the next golden door
and pledged her to leave the haunted world,
asked her to enter and see – –
the new sunshine, the new nightfall,
those beautiful butterfly, these nightingale,
the calm air or witty gale,
the flow of charm or aroma of flowers,
the green fruit or the ripe seeds;
they all are what they actually are;
but for the kisses of love left for her,
she is still hugging the Phantom and living with it.
.
Desperate arms of muscular strength
do have tried to reached her sandalwood like body,
have touched her often – –
being the accidental story but lies,
the greedy eyes or erotic desires,
the dreamy bed or the sensual calls,
the wishes within guys or nasty spies,
the thirsty shadow or the husky brain,
the body of her but the soul, the spirit where?
desperate arms too are what they actually were,
but for the kisses of love left for her,
her body still hugging the Phantom and having a sex.
.
She will soon be old, from her youth
with the kisses of love left for her,
your past became a Phantom
that she is hugging
which she will carry from life to her grave.
