perfect world

wandering through my mind i found
a secret passage underground
a place of beauty beyond compare
a place with you i want to share

a fantastic vision to behold
a world of happiness un told
a place where no one lives in pain
a place where old are young again

a world where wrongs are all put right
where people talk and never fight
where bombs and guns are things of the past
and greed and poverty are fading fast

a place where everyone is equal too
where no one thinks they,re better than you
if only this place could be real
imagine just how we would feel

to live in harmony with our fellow man
and live each day the best you can
no more suffering no more pain
a world in union once again
