Graving peace.~by Mandour Saleh Hikel

Special thanks to the Great
Japanese artist ,
Lady , Akemi Amanogawa Ichi
For devoting herself
to paint that wonderful picture for my poem
she said it all in her great picture.

Graving peace.

Violence has won
War’s devils are celebrating
The funeral of the Peace
And I am the beaten one
THAT BEATEN ONE…
The child of the war
The sin of all sins
Your dirtiest at all.
I am the lost dream of peace
That was carried…
By innocent child’s soul…
I’m following from a distance
‘Cause I cannot live it anymore…
I can’t carry on
I’m looking for a hide
With a broken humiliated heart…
And a disfigured sight
Of my stolen childhood…
BY your fake pride
Yet…
My last appearance was drawn
On a deserted stage
In one longgggggggggg dark scene
The background’ scene…
Where my world…
has turned into a grave…
The grave…
of the child in me
The grave….
of your shameful pride.
