Reverse Traffic

My astray footsteps lead me
In a cold winter night
To the warmth of THE-NOWHERE
Belonging to the Absolute
With His nonsensicalness and his madness
His geniality and impudentness
His joys and sorrows
The Absolute…
That spacious space
The mantle of philosophers and poets
A cloud of inspiration..
Or pain
Spectra of creativity
Or Pipe dreams.
Suddenly
I feel my steps are taking me…
In an innate response
For childish noise
That my erase follow, passionately
And mellows my heart
In a strange way
A Cafe…
In a popular neighborhood
A place that beats with life
So I sat ,and ordered Turkish coffee
and started to sip it slowly
Trying to draw the scene with my words
Flying my thoughts with the smoke…
Of my neighbors Nargila
I uselessly tried …and tried
Finally…
I Surrendered with pleasure
For my inability to write
Embrace by the warmth of the place
With that lovable pulsating noise
Protecting me
From winter’s lonely nights
Cold, LONNNNNNNNNNNNNG nights..
And the absolute’s hypnosis
That heavy guest.
