Parents Love
Father Xmas, sitting down
Having lunch, inside toy town
Little boy, so fast asleep
Inside his dream, he wants to keep
Trains and ships and boats n planes
Teddy bears, and lots of games
Father Xmas ‘s joyful call in voice
One of each, every toy of choice
Never had, so many toys before
Just a few, from parents poor
Little boy awakes from sleep
From within, that dream to keep
Little boy, grows up so fast
His childhood now, within his past
His urge for toys, is now so lapsed
But love and care, from parents poor
Still as strong, for ever more……
