Lets not talk of the days gone by

Lets not talk of the days gone by
For live they now in foggy memories.
Happy were the days we shared together
But bitterness drove us far apart.

Days we cherished are now so dim
Sharp are the shards of ugly words
Forget we must to take the pain away
And start life again on brand new grounds.

Turn to friends and cry on their shoulders
For help they will to sweeten our lives
Its a beautiful new world waiting for you
Embrace the new and shed off the old.
