AUTUMN~by Renáta Császár

by Renáta Császár

You are free
Said the tree to the leaves
I let you go
As if I have never known you
…And watched them falling down
In the dance of
Unspeakable loneliness
And closed his eyes
So as not to see
The fog of some unbearable grey clouds
Onto the branches
So as to stop
The habit of
All cheerful flirting
With butterflies and tickling sunshine
So as to surrender to a strict
Hostile yellow
Blowing death
And other threatening
In the neck

Goodbye summer
