Poetry Notes

Joy or Tragedy differ by a key
unwinding a heart to their melody.
Go one note up to find happy
or fall one note down for tragedy.
Play a sharper note for irony
or hold a select rest for elegy.
To unwind life’s varying modality
use emotions in a wordy melody
and philosophy poetry’s rhapsody.
