” Inflamed Passions “~by Lia Angelica Tohmè

” Inflamed Passions “

Image may contain: plant, tree, flower, outdoor, nature and water

The heart aches through nights
Of splintered pieces of neglect
Encumbered by the morning mist
Of inflamed passions that otherwise
Would have slumbered…

The moon trails her fabric night behind her
Glimmering and scintillating in her wake
Across the sacred uninhabited landscape
In the foothills of the stars…

All Autumn the acorns and red maple leaves
Moldered languidly in silence and tranquility
And the same nostalgia is gnawing at me
Slowly, imperceptibly and all-consuming…

The sentiments that passed between us
Are deeper than fleshly tender caresses
Struggling against the burden of reverie
As reality eclipses the moon of dreams
Is the purest sign of true love…
