A MIND OF WINTER~by Jyotirmaya Thakur

A MIND OF WINTER

When I see the snowflakes fall,
Silently some past memories I recall,
Brown and green earth covered all,
Glistening white solitude stands tall.

I wonder if I have a mind of winter?
I admire the lights of distant glitter,
Fir,pine trees crusted with snow twitter,
Soft sounds of winds no more bitter.

January sun soothing warm presence,
Cold prolonged in untouched lessons,
The melted snow slowly turns to slush,
Many relationships cold can turn to dust.

The sound of poplar thick or few leaves,
Wind reminds us of bare places to think,
Many things on way that we overlooked,
Neglected, ignored or forever mistook.

People and blessings we took for granted,
Sounds of the lands for listeners remind,
Let’s keep in touch with friends and family,
Let’s be the best and the most we can be.

  1. A properly prepared cement floor permit the coating to adhere properly in it.
The glass is especially toughened to resist heat from the hobs.
Tend to be many low voltage lighting and solar powered lights. https://www.youtube.com/
