Someday in the Corridors of the Wind~by ‎Annie Johnson‎

Someday in the Corridors of the Wind

Image may contain: sky, cloud, outdoor and water

Someday in the corridors of the wind
When the heat of all our passion has cooled
We will see each other as we’ve never been
Without the masks imagination fueled
With our perfect forms in chariots drawn
Far from the earth to the heart of the sun
To fuse with the clouds and float on the dawn
Without the facades that pretense had won.
Someday in the corridors of the wind
We’ll flow together like mist o’er the streams;
Down the roads of time to at last descend
Where souls meet in moonlight to spin their dreams.
We’ll meet in those dreams as we’ve always done;
Bright laughter and breath of a summer’s morn
Skipping rocks over streams where echoes run
To a place in time where new love is born!
