“ALL PURPOSE” ~by Martin Gedge

POEM “ALL PURPOSE” by martin gedge

Image may contain: one or more people

The light of your eyes

tells of wild and wonder

like the miracle of birth

and its creation down under

with a set soul and pattern

and each move of the digits

from your five finger toes

to the pearly white chicklets

with the sweetest of gaze

around assortments of figures

all smiles and girl giggles

in those polaroid pictures

with the purest of teardrops

and a hope full of lather

all soapy and silky

and a splash of don’t matter

your clean and pristine

with the scents of a baby

adored by your father

and my princess my lady

with direction and purpose

down the path of your making

with all the heart in the world

always love and breath taking…
