Pink

The breeze has blown
all the pink to the ground
from the blossom up there in the tree
Like a carpet it lies
with a hint of surprise
which is very appealing to me

So I whipped out my phone
on my way back to home
and took a few pictures to keep
For it’s lovely to see
and breathtaking to me
so much that it caused me to weep
