The Music on the Hill~by Patrick Kevin O’Shea

The Music on the Hill

Image may contain: one or more people, plant and text

The music on the hill
Where nobody dies
As we dance to the beat
For the rest of our lives
We never grow old
As our tunes resonate
As we glide within beat
From dawn until late
The melancholic sound
That caresses our minds
To slip slide our feet
To jive within time
We know it can’t last
But we want to, do
The times that we shared
The past that we knew
So come with me now
And join with my glee
To listen to words
Within ballads so free
Feeling our tunes
Of classics supreme
From deep in our hearts
To where we have been
Feeling the groove
Where nobody dies
Feeling the movement
For the rest of our lives
