” Senescence of Leaves “~by Lia Angelica Tohmè

” Senescence of Leaves “

Image may contain: plant and outdoor

When I see you, I see mystery
Enshrouded in a waxen moon’s beauty
behind a diaphanous veil of cloud…

A sanctuary half encumbered by mist,
moonlight possessing no alchemy
to transmute the dark tincture of rain…

Everytime I think of you,
Autumns metamorphoses comes between…

Does it matter the senescence of the leaves,
or that they still fall in my memory?

Surely by now you must know,
it’s love; it’s love…

Autumn is in us,
clouds, prevailing wind, shadows,
invisible walls of dreams…

Rippling under trees…
