In the depth of my heart~by Aarti Mittal

As inspired by sir Mandour Saleh Hikel

In the depth of my heart

In the depth of my heart
As deep in my core
Where I only allow love to reside
It touched deep not allowing sighs to hide

Yes I looked in the eyes of a child
Just stepped into this world
As natural to be
With tearless cries
I learnt, except angels no one smiles

To my astoundness I found
Now when a child touches the ground
There is a fear in his sound
A fear to be hound

As if he conversed with his angel
Is this place safe enough for me
Without any danger
He yelled in its childish cry in anger

I saw his sparkling eyes
Filled with all hopes
Talking to his angel god
To bestow all strength onto him
So he never glides and slopes

Never slopes off the path of humanity
Never be inhumane and shame the dignity
Dignity of being born as humans
To love and to be loved
To share n to forgive
To wash away the earth
Where red with blood

Every child in an angel of god
To be bloomed with love
To spread the fragrance of peace
To illuminate the solace of every being
Making this earth pleasant And worth living.
