Pavilion Gardens

In Brighton there’s a cafe
in a garden with a view
Overlooking the Pavilion
(to some, the palace new)

It’s famous for its rock buns
(though today we did decline)
as we are on a diet
with an eye on our waistline

But it was still relaxing
and quite special in the sun
Sitting drinking coffee
and watching everyone
