WHERE DID THE LOVE GO

What has gone wrong between us
I will like to know
We are drifting apart
Love we no longer show
We used to be so much in love
Not so long ago
So what has gone wrong now
Where did the love go
We share the same space
And the same bed
But there is no connection between us
We live like room mates instead
We had many happy years together
And fond memories too
Now love seems to be lost forever
What did we do
We had our ups and downs
This we cannot deny
But something has gone wrong
And this is no lie
We are drifting apart
We both know this is true
Maybe there is no more love in our hearts
Between us two
We don’t talk much anymore
Nothing much to say
Our life is not like it was before
We are drifting further everyday
Where did the love go
Do we really want to know?
Should we start over
And give us another chance
Can we again be lovers
And try to recapture our first romance?
